PVC Hot Stamp Coating Panel:
This category of products, manufactured by Kara Polymer Kaveh, include panels having a very thin and resistant layer of a coating stick as stamp on their surface. Stamp panels come with 8 mm in thickness and 20 cm in width and produced in length of 6m. These panels are used in the parking lots, kitchens, and hygiene services. The main properties of these panels includes water resistance, and flexibility as well as light weight. The thin coating added on the surface of hot stamp is made out of film and zinc label with its color changes in different sight angles. PVC Hot Stamp Coated Tile 60×۶۰:
Kara Polymer Kaveh Company produces stamp suspended ceiling out of PVC with 8 mm in thickness and a hot stamp film and zinc stamp coating layer is covered in its upper layer and its color changes in different sight angles. The reasons for high physical resistibility of this structure is the component of its desirable raw materials and suitable structure together with internal slots of the tile. Double-Walled and Multi-Walled Polycarbonate Sheet:

Dual-Layer and Multi-Later Polycarbonate Sheet with Design (S):
Dual-layer polycarbonate sheets of design (S) have been produced and supplied for the first time by using state of art technology and very high quality in Kara Polymer Kaveh Company. Some unique and important properties of these sheets include distribution of “S” Design lines throughout the sheet increasing its mechanical strength and vulnerability with almost 100 times resistant than a glass with the same thickness. Because “S” Design Lines have been distributed in whole body of the sheet, it can provide mild light emission and reflection. Developed “S” Design Polycarbonate sheets have excellent flexibility and bending radius besides possessing high impact strength and light transmission capability. They are produced in various colors and 4, 6, 8, 10, 16 and 20 mm in thickness and standard dimensions of 6000× ۲۱۰۰۰ mm and due to their reduced energy waste and lower flammability and resistant against chemical solvent and impacts and forces, they could be used in different industrial fields such as promoting the beautification culture and decorations, construction culture and its related technology with increasingly usage.
Generally, grooves and ribs have been extended in whole sheet in “S” shape in Polycarbonate Sheets with “S” Design, so it has increased its compaction and density and turned it into an ideal, precious and unique product and invention of Kara Polymer Kaveh Company.
PVC Laminated Tile 60×۶۰:
In cases that it is very important to accessing the back of the suspended ceiling, PVC Laminated Tile 60×۶۰ are used as suspended ceiling in the building. Using tiles 60×۶۰ in the ceiling provides this possibility to completely hide the technical facilities and canals under these materials; thus, it provides the ceiling with an elegant appearance. Using PVC laminated tile 60×۶۰ in the buildings may considerably reduce the heat conduction between internal and external space of the building. Because an insulation has been used in PVC suspended ceilings, if it has been implemented correctly and without any suture and defect in the upper floors, it considerably prevent heat and cold conduction between internal and external space.
